During one strategy session, we learned that a number of colleagues would like to work in Vilnius City Centre. We got on our bikes and found ourselves on the streets surrounding Lukiškių Square and Gediminas Avenue where we entered a different stage of our progress. Cross-border transactions were increasingly gaining ground and we became initiators and developers of some of them. Here we worked together with Success Republic, purified our identity, and built up the potential for the implementation of complex projects. The fact that our team member Raidas Griškevičius was elected Veidas Magazine’s 2015 Person of the Year really made us feel proud.

The motto for this period was: “There are no problems that cannot be solved. Every problem can be solved by pooling the expertise and knowledge of all members and partners of the organization”.
